TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Personalised Stationery
1. We aim to process your order within 48 hours and with the exception of Personalised Initial Statements, we will email a black on white proof of your ordered stationery for your approval.
2. We shall only begin the remaining work on your order upon receipt by email of your approval of your proofs.
3. If you are not entirely happy with the electronic proof or proofs of your chosen product we will make any requested changes for your further approval or refund any payment in full.
4. Once you have given us your approval we aim to print and complete your work within 14 working days. Please factor in this time from the point of your approval especially over busy times such as Christmas.
5. After approval a cancellation will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of notice of cancellation.
6. Personalised bespoke stationery is made to order. That’s why we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we shall promptly correct or replace the items supplied to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Complaints regarding personalised bespoke stationery items must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery or they will not be considered.
7. The latest date for Christmas 2012 Personalised Stationery order is 9th December 2012. We will endeavour to work with you to ensure that your proof has been finalised, your proof for must be approved by close of business Monday 10th December.
Ready to Write Stationery, Papers and Gifts
1. Unless indicated otherwise, Ready to Write stationery, Papers and Gifts should be dispatched to you within 48 hours of the receipt of your order.
2. We accept returns of non-personalised products upto 30 days from delivery date. The item(s) must be in their original box with the packing slip enclosed. The customer is responsible for return postage and insurance on returns, except when defective or incorrect items are sent. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product in good condition, please allow 7 - 14 days for this to appear on your statement.
3. Returns originally purchased with a gift certificate will be reissued to a gift certificate.
4. Sale, Clearance or Special products cannot be returned for a refund. These sales are final.
Delivery of Your Order
Delivery will be made by First Class Royal Mail however larger items may be sent by courier and require a signature for proof of delivery.
UK delivery charges are calculated by weight:
Up to 0.45kg £3.85
0.46kg - 0.75kg £4.95
0.76kg - 1.75kg £6.60
1.76kg - 2.75kg £8.15
2.76kg - 3.75kg £9.15
Greater than 3.75kg £10.25
Excluding Wedding Stationery, all orders over £150 are delivered Free of Charge to all UK postal addresses.
Offers for Free Delivery only appy to UK postal addresses.
